Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to the DealDog mobile app, website, and related services. “DealDog” means the service operated under that name.

By using DealDog, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use DealDog only with that permission. Do not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

User accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify support@dealhunter.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account deletion is available through the authenticated in-app control. Review Account deletion for its scope and consequences before confirming.

Acceptable use

You may use DealDog for lawful personal deal discovery. You may not:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud.
• Access another person's account or attempt to bypass authentication.
• Interfere with service operation, security controls, rate limits, or infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, or deceptive content.
• Scrape, copy, or republish the service at a scale that burdens DealDog or violates third-party rights.
• Misrepresent deal reports, votes, feedback, or support requests.

Deal information and accuracy

DealDog gathers and processes deal information from third-party sources. Prices, discounts, coupons, eligibility, inventory, shipping, expiration, seller identity, product variants, and retailer terms can change at any time. Deal scores, summaries, labels, and recommendations are informational estimates, not guarantees.

Always review the retailer's current listing and checkout terms before acting. A DealDog alert, “hot” score, or saved-deal status does not reserve inventory or guarantee a price.

Retailers, links, and purchases

DealDog may display retailer or deal-community information and link to third-party sites. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, DealDog is not the merchant, seller, payment processor, shipper, fulfillment provider, warranty provider, or return processor.

Purchases occur outside DealDog and are governed by the retailer's terms and privacy policy. Questions about payment, delivery, returns, refunds, taxes, warranties, product safety, or order disputes should be directed to the retailer.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links may be affiliate or referral links. DealDog may receive compensation when a user follows a link or completes an eligible action. This does not increase DealDog's ability to guarantee a retailer's price, product, or fulfillment.

DealDog records first-party click information as described in the Privacy Policy. Affiliate attribution is not automatically the same as cross-app advertising tracking, and DealDog does not currently use an advertising SDK or request App Tracking Transparency permission.

Notifications and alerts

You can choose whether to allow iOS notifications and can change relevant settings in DealDog or iOS. Alerts are best-effort product features. Delivery can be delayed or prevented by matching rules, network conditions, Apple services, device settings, expired deals, or service availability.

Do not rely on a DealDog notification for urgent, safety-critical, financial, or time-guaranteed decisions.

Feedback and submitted content

If you submit a vote, report, feedback item, search, alert, support message, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it. You permit DealDog to use that content to operate, secure, support, evaluate, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or that exposes another person's confidential information.

Intellectual property

DealDog's app design, software, branding, original content, and service presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Retailer names, product names, images, and third-party content belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of DealDog or third-party materials to you.

Service availability and changes

DealDog may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or product quality. The service may experience downtime, data delays, incomplete results, or errors. We do not promise that every deal, account record, alert, or feature will always be available.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, DealDog is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DealDog disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DealDog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from changing prices, unavailable inventory, missed alerts, third-party sites, retailer conduct, unauthorized account access, or reliance on deal information.

Some locations do not allow certain liability limits. In those locations, the limits apply only to the maximum extent the law permits. These terms do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using DealDog at any time. DealDog may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, abuse, security risk, material violation of these terms, or service discontinuation. Permanent account deletion is described separately on the Account deletion page.

Changes to these terms

DealDog may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms do not designate an exclusive governing-law jurisdiction or forum. Applicable law and venue are determined by the circumstances and any rights that cannot be waived in your location.
